PARL
Procédure alternative de résolution des litiges.
PARL is the French dispute resolution proceeding dealing with dot fr and dot re. Two types of proceeding exist :
- PARL by recommandation on line, which is managed by the CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage de Paris)
- PARL by technical decision, which is administered by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)
