Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
Adopted in August 1999, this charter describes principles of dispute resolution related to the abusive registration of domain names.
The application of these principles is however limited to a few generic domain names, such as dot com and dot net, and to the few countries that have adopted the UDRP.
